Forms
You use the form builder to create forms for employees to complete. For example, you could build forms for employee surveys, performance reviews, and more.
This section describes all possible subsections that can appear when a user selects Forms. The options that appear depend on the user's role (set on the Employee Advanced tab):
- Employee users see My Forms only.
- Employee users who are also set up as approvers see My Forms and Form Approvals.
- Time Entry Admin users see My Forms, Forms Management, and Archived Forms.
- Time Entry Admin users who are also set up as approvers see Form Approvals and My Forms.
- System Admin users see Forms Management and Archived Forms.
