HR module

The HR module allows you to manage certifications, skills, and licences, as well as forms. The HR module's dashboard shows the following panes: Employee Celebrations, Alerts, Approvals, Department Headcount, and Certification.

You use the Configurations section in the HR module to define the types of certifications, skills, and licences that can be recorded for employees. You can also designate supervisors who can approve and monitor these HR items, including forms if configured.
