Prerequisites
System and license requirements
To use HRISMyWay, the following requirements must be met:
- iCity Desktop: Version 2.5.38.0 or higher.
- iCity Payroll module: Required for data synchronization between iCity and HRISMyWay.
- HRISMyWay module licenses: Some HRISMyWay modules are sold separately. If you need to purchase licenses for additional HRISMyWay modules, contact your CentralSquare account manager.
iCity setup requirements
You must complete the following setup in your iCity Payroll module:
- Accruals must be set up in iCity so that bank balances calculate correctly for time off.
- To allow salaried employees to enter only exceptions, such as sick or vacation time:
- In Employee Inquiry & Maintenance (PA1010), set the Payment Type field to S (salaried) for each salaried employee.
- In Pay Codes Setup (PA0060), for your salary pay code, under Options, set the Salary Reversal flag to No.
- In Pay Codes Setup (PA0060), for exception pay codes, under Options, set the Salary Reversal flag to Yes.
- In Payroll Calculation (PA4040), set the Pay Salary flag to Yes.
- For pay slips to be accessible through HRISMyWay, they must be created in iCity using the program Print Deposit Slips (Standard) (PA4090AC), and on each employee's profile in Employee Inquiry & Maintenance (PA1010), the Payment Mode field must be set to D (Direct Deposit).
