Reports
From the Routines module, you can create time sheet, banked time, and time off reports. For time sheet and time off data, you can also export a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
Time sheet reporting
To create a time sheet report or to export time sheet data to a CSV file, follow these steps:
- From the main menu, select Routines.
- Select Reports > Timesheet.
- If you want to use a previously saved report profile, select it from the Report Profile drop-down list. Otherwise, leave as None.

Select an option in the Format row:

Report: Creates a report to print or save.

Export CSV: Creates a CSV file.

Complete the Pay Period Code and Period fields to set the pay period to pull data for.

If you selected Report as your format, select one option each in the Group By and Report Type rows.

Optionally, add values to the filter fields or leave them blank to include all values.
Tip: You can select more than one value by selecting the field, selecting a value, and repeating. Select X on a value you have selected to remove it.

To proceed:

If you selected Report as your format, select Preview. If you are satisfied with the preview, select Print to create the report. After you have printed or saved the report, you can return to the report options by selecting the back button on your browser window.

If you selected Export CSV as your format, select Generate. A CSV file becomes available in your machine's Downloads folder.

- If you need to adjust data in the report or CSV file, modify the reporting options you selected and then repeat the previous step.
- If you want to save your reporting options as a new report profile to re-use later, select Save As. On the pop-up that appears, enter a profile name, and then select
.
Banked time reporting
To create a banked time report, follow these steps:
- From the main menu, select Routines.
- Select Reports > Timesheet.
- If you want to use a previously saved report profile, select it from the Report Profile drop-down list. Otherwise, leave as None.

Select one option each in the Group By and Report Type rows.
