Deleting pay slips

If you need to delete a pay slip that shows in HRISMyWay, you can use the Delete PDF Deposit Slips program (PA4400) to remove the saved PDF pay slip from the iCity database.

You can range on the following data using the All, From, and To fields to select one or more pay slips to delete: 

• Cheque Number
• Cheque Date
• Employee #
• Department
• Category

When you are finished selecting a range of pay slips to delete, select Run.
