Printing T4s
In order for T4s to show in HRISMyWay, they must be printed using the T4 Printing program (PA5330) and saved as PDFs to the iCity database using the program's Save T4 to History option. You access the T4 Printing program from the program Create and Print T4/T4A (PA5210) by selecting Slip T4. The Save T4 to History option works as follows:
- If this check box is selected when you print T4s, the program saves PDF T4s to the iCity database so that you can view them later in the Employee Inquiry & Maintenance program (PA1010) and so that employees can view them in HRISMyWay in the Self Service module as follows:
- T4s in iCity: To view PDF T4s in Employee Inquiry & Maintenance, select an employee record, select the Inquiry tab, and then select T4 History. On the T4 history screen, you can use the View PDF button to download PDF T4 files created using the Save T4 to History option. This inquiry screen is only available in iCity Desktop for Canadian systems and is not part of the RIM Employee Inquiry & Maintenance screen.
- T4s in HRISMyWay: Each new PDF T4 created will be visible in iCity Desktop, but only the newest PDF T4 saved for a particular year will be visible in HRISMyWay. After printing T4s in iCity, you must synchronize data so that the View T4 button in the Self Service module opens the newest version of the T4. For instructions, refer to Synchronize. Any T4s purged or deleted from iCity will not be visible to the employee in HRISMyWay.

This check box is only enabled when the Employee Copy check box is selected, the option selected in the Form Type section is T4 Vadim, and the Report Destination field is set to Screen, Graphic Printer, or PDF:Email.
