In April 2021, Transferring time to iCity was updated to reflect changes to the layout in HRISMyWay at Routines > Transfer Time. That page now organizes time by pay period code, then by year, then by pay period. This puts all approved time for a pay period in one location so that you can easily see both its time awaiting transfer and its time already transferred.
In January 2021, the following changes were made:

In the Time Off module section, under Requesting time off, in step 3, added a note under the Time Off Type bullet. The note is intended to help an administrator troubleshoot if the Paycode field does not populate.

In the Time Off module section, under Reporting, added a cross-reference to the HRISMyWay Administrator Guide.
In October 2020, the following content was added to describe recent enhancements to HRISMyWay:
- Content was added toManaging time off requests to describe the following new features: the ability to edit leave requests; the ability to cancel leave requests not yet transferred to the payroll application; the ability to see time stamp data for submitted and cancelled requests going forward.
- The section HR module was updated to describe the newly added forms feature. For information about this new feature, refer to Forms.
- The Entering time section was updated to include notes about the Timesheet module error "No pay period assigned for employee."
