Yearly maintenance checklist

At the end of each year, following are items you should review:

Category Items
Pay codes Confirm pay code assignment codes are up to date. If in iCity any new codes were added, you can add them to assignment codes and classify them in HRISMyWay.
Pay periods

Ensure you set up pay periods as far into the future as you want to allow employees to request time off. If needed, you can also retire old pay periods to prevent employees from adding time against them.

Holiday calendars Ensure that holidays are set up for all pay periods you have created so that holidays appear correctly to employees who request time off.
iCity accruals Review vacation and sick accruals in iCity in Employee Inquiry & Maintenance (PA1010).
